We strongly recommend our revolutionary rotary chalk machine to you. Compared to the old CK version machine, it reduces the consumption of raw material by 30%, and drastically increases the efficiency of workers. With the CK version machine, you have to make plaster batter by hand, and this job is a pain in the ass, if you are a green hand in chalk production. Now, this process is mostly taken care of by the water measuring bucket and stirrer of the machine, although your involvement is still required. In 10 seconds, the batter is ready. Discharge the batter into the mold box below. Scrape away the excess batter. Make a second batch of batter and pour it into a second mold box. Repeat this process until all mold boxes are filled. When chalks are molded, turn over the mold box, and eject the chalks to the harvesting plate below.
