An automatic candle pressing machine presses wax powder into tealight, votive, floater, or pillar candles. Compared to a traditional candle molding machine, an extruder is automatic, and much faster in production speed. Besides, a candle pressing machine is more flexible than a candle molding machine. Our candle pressing machine can make tealight, votive, floaters and pillars in different size and shape by changing molds. Since the molds of common candle molding machines are welded to the machine frame, if you want to make candle in the different shape or size, you will have to buy a new machine. We also have candle molding machines which are 100% man powered, and there is no need for electric power to drive them. Our candle molding machines are compact, stable, and easy to operate and maintain. The molds, made of chrome-plated seamless copper tubes, are highly polished in surface, corrosion resistant, and with a good closure. All molding machines are equipped with a water jacket to accelerate the cooling of candles. Besides the candle machines in our product list, we can produce machines according to the drawings or specific requirements of our customers. Crayon machines and chalk machines are our products, too. Customers' own designs are welcome. |
