ZCHL24 pressing machine is for the production of 9-23g tealight with a concave at base. The most fantastic point about our ZCHL24 tealight pressing machine is that it can produce tealight of 9-22 grams, without changing mold. The amount of wax powder in the mold and height of tealight can be adjusted by controlling the length of travel of the lower press. rated output: 30000 pcs of tealight /hour; maximum output: 35000 pcs of tealight /hour.

The waxed wick used in this tealight
production line has to be produced by automatic wick waxing machine. This
machine is able to produce 2000 meters of waxed wick per hour, and the
diameter of wick is up to 3.0 mm. The waxed wicks are wound around wheels,
as seen in the photo on the left. |

The function of a wick and tab assembling equipment is to cut the waxed wick into lengths and fasten the wick to a metal sustainer. When there is a shortage of wick and tab, the equipment stops automatically. The technology of some parts of this machine is even more advanced than German.
